This website contains a weblog of my miscellaneous musings concerning weight
loss, at odd moments as I make the journey. It includes my ideas on a variety of topics relating to weight
loss.
I'm following the Weight Watchers' plan, and many of the earlier entries are thoughts I originally posted
on the Weight Watchers message boards. I decided to share them in the form of a blog, because I've learned from my own
experience that you never know what may strike just the right chord at the right moment. Sometimes just knowing that
someone else has felt what you're feeling, and knows what it's like, is enough to help you carry on.
It's not that I think I have any particular, unique insight. I just hope that by sharing my thoughts,
feelings and experiences, it may help you sort through yours, and goodness knows, we can all use all the help we can get.

It's a work-in-progress, still in its earliest stages. As I go along, I plan to add tips for those who just
starting Weight Watchers, and some of my favorite recipes. But for now, it's just my weight loss blog.
