I think this one is particularly good.
4 servings
Ingredients:
Dressing:
3 tsp. soy sauce
¾ tsp. grated fresh ginger
1½ tsp. honey
½ tsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. canola oil
2 tsp. rice vinegar
½ tsp. Frank’s Original Hot Sauce (optional)
Slaw:
2 cups shredded cabbage
1 grated carrot
1½ Tbsp. finely chopped green onion (scallion)
1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro (optional)
generous grating of black pepper
Mix all dressing ingredients. Mix cabbage, carrot, green onion, and cilantro
(if you like it). Pour dressing over slaw, grate pepper over, and toss to coat. Let
stand for 15 minutes or so to slightly wilt cabbage.
Note: I made this with regular green cabbage, but I think it would be good
with Napa
cabbage, too.
