4 chicken boneless skinless chicken breast halves

1 16-oz jar salsa

1 large onion, cut in wedges

1 sweet red pepper, diced

1 green pepper, diced

1 yellow pepper, diced





Place chicken in Crockpot & pour salsa on top. Turn on low.  After 1 hour, add the onion and diced peppers. Cook on low for 4-6 hrs or so.
